Oh, to be a somewhat unsettling dirt person suspended in eternal acrobatics, growing a full-body turf beard. Intending to “show the effects of transformation of the material as a metaphor of the transformation of the body” as relates to the food cycle, this art installation also features an enormous, grass-covered stomach and intestine. —MN
Our ethereal blossoming cherries and plums are in full flower across The New York Botanical Garden’s 250-acres. In fact, we have so many trees in full flower, that choosing just 10 pictures to illustrate the insane beauty we’re surrounded by right now was an incredible challenge! ~AR
